Our commitment

Welcome to the Tilbury Douglas independent reporting tool operated by EthicsPoint.

Tilbury Douglas is committed to creating an open and honest environment where you and your colleagues can feel confident to report any serious workplace issues or concerns you have. We provide a safe and secure way to do this, 24 hours in day, seven days a week, in many different languages.

How should you contact us?

We’d encourage you to give our team a call and talk directly to us. In confidence, we’ll take down all the details Tilbury Douglas will need to resolve your incident and don’t worry, we don’t record our calls, so what you share will be treated in the strictest confidence. You can contact us in other ways too by creating a report online.

What should you be reporting?

If you suspect or witness a serious business misconduct at work such as fraud, criminal activity, serious un-ethical or un-safe behaviour, deliberate deception or misrepresentation, you should always report it. These are issues that could seriously damage Tilbury Douglas’s reputation, negatively affect your colleagues, your customers or the public.

Any HR issues or grievances such as contract disputes, pay, hours of work, personal issues with team members should be reported to your line manager or your local HR representative.

Do we need your personal details?

It’s up to you. If you contact us, you can remain totally anonymous if you wish. We would encourage you to provide us with your contact details, so we can come back to you for further information if we need to. We won’t pass on your details to Tilbury Douglas unless you give us your permission to do so.

What sort of information we need from you?

Essentially, as much as possible and be specific when answering our questions. The more information you can provide, the more likely it will be for Tilbury Douglas to satisfactorily resolve your incident.

What happens next?

Once your information is logged in a report it will be promptly passed to Tilbury Douglas’s Audit and Investigation team. They will investigate in an appropriate way. If you’ve shared who you are with us, we’ll let you know the outcome of the investigation.

Is the information you provide secure?

Yes, all information is shared in an encrypted format. At EthicsPoint we’re the only team to un-encrypt the information. No cookies or any other information is stored on your computer.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
