Our Commitment

Our aim is to provide you with a safe and secure mechanism to report any concerns that you may have regarding issues arising within the GSMA or during your interaction with the GSMA.

We would always encourage you to use the telephone to talk to us so that we can obtain all the relevant information that the GSMA will need to resolve the incident. If you don't have the Freephone number handy, they can be found on this page by selecting the country you are reporting from.

Our telephone lines are manned by real people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your calls are not recorded. If you prefer not to use the telephone, please use this form.

Whichever method you decide to use to contact Navex Global rest assured that you can remain totally anonymous if you wish. NAVEX Global will not deliberately attempt to trace your details at any time, and should you volunteer your details we will not pass them back to the GSMA unless you give us your specific permission to do so.

NAVEX Global’s services include processes and functionality designed to ensure the anonymity of the Reporters. If you wish to remain anonymous, do be careful when providing answers to the following questions that you don't accidentally identify yourself, for instance by stating your relationship to the persons identified in the incident.

If the issue is time critical where an immediate response is required, please do not use this form but telephone NAVEX Global instead.

Please provide as much detailed information as possible and remember that we cannot question you while you make the report if anything is unclear. You can remain anonymous if you wish but we would encourage you to provide us with your contact details so that we can inform you of the progress of your report as well as asking for further information which would help in the investigation. If not comfortable in leaving your details, you will be given a Report Key that will enable you to be able to get back in contact to see if there has been any feedback given. Remember that the more information you can provide, the more likely it will be that the GSMA will be able to satisfactorily resolve the incident.

Try to be as specific as you can in answering the questions. NAVEX Global encrypts reports in flight on public untrusted networks using TLS 1.2 or higher.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
