Our aim is to provide you with a safe and secure mechanism to report any concerns that you may have regarding issues involving WHO and/or associated entities. The questions relate to incidents that may have happened in the past or are happening as you report, and that may be recurrent. We would always encourage you to use the telephone to talk to us so that we can obtain all the relevant information that WHO will need to resolve the incident. Confidentiality is very important to us. Whichever method you decide to use to contact Expolink rest assured that you can remain totally anonymous if you wish.We will not attempt to trace your details at any time, and should you volunteer your details we will not pass them back to WHO unless you give us your specific permission to do so. Expolink is contractually forbidden from supplying your details to WHO without your permission. If you wish to remain anonymous, do be careful when providing answers to the following questions that you don't accidentally identify yourself.

Remember that the more information you can provide, the more likely it will be that WHO will be able to satisfactorily resolve the incident. This is particularly so if you have chosen to remain anonymous as your report will only be reviewable if independent and substantiated data can corroborate the information you have shared. When you have completed the report the information will be forwarded to Expolink in an encrypted format. No cookies or any other information is stored on your computer.
