This confidential reporting website is hosted and operated by Expolink, a leading independent hotline service provider appointed by Axiata to support its groupwide Speak Up programme. If you wish to report by phone, click on this link to obtain a local number in your country. Both web and phone options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be used by employees, suppliers, business partners, contractors, customers and other stakeholders.
Reports received by Expolink will be forwarded to Axiata Group's Investigation Team, who will ensure the reports are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. You will be asked to provide your name and contact information but anonymous reports will be accepted. If you choose to remain anonymous, please include as much factual details as possible in your report. Reports that are vague and lacking factual details are difficult to investigate.
Please check back on this site regularly using the Case Number and Password (generated when you submit your report) for follow up questions from the Investigations Team. You can also provide further information or get status update of your disclosure using the site. Please note that in the event the Investigations Team had contacted you but did not receive further evidence/information from you within 14 days, and there is no other way to independently corroborate the allegation/concern made by you, the Investigations Team may be forced to close your report on the basis that investigation cannot be conducted.
